'It Works' Body Wraps
Wraps cannot be used on anyone under the age of 18, pregnant women or women breastfeeding, anyone who is on medication must speak to a doctor before using the wraps, and any adult can use the wrap there is no age limit, however if an older person is to use the wraps and has any medical history they should always consult a doctor first.

Before
- Body scrub the area you are wrapping with warm water to open up the pores.
- Don't use any lotions on the area you are wrapping after you have showered before you wrap.
- Drink at least four pints of water a day for the week in the run up to wrapping.
After
- Do not drink alcohol for 72 hours following wrapping.
- Stay away from fatty or processed foods e.g. sugar, pizza, takeaways.
- Reduce or stop drinking tea or coffee.
- Reduce or stop drinking carbonated drinks (fizzy).
- Reduce or stop smoking (anything, cigarettes or otherwise).
- Use defining gel on the area that you are wrapping.
- Try and avoids toxins to maximise results.
- Do not shower for 12 hours after wrapping to allow all the moisturiser to absorb in.
- Do not undertake any exercise that will cause you to sweat and block your pores for 12 hours following wrap.
- Drink the recommended amount of water for your weight.
